Base Salary
$115k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build external integrations and data services for Target Effect Pairing, including schemas, interfaces, MCP servers, ETL and streaming pipelines, record linkage, and data lineage.
- Develop and maintain REST and gRPC services and integrate with command and control systems and a simulation engine.
- Prepare interfaces, test data, and tests in advance of government approvals and deliver two independent integration tracks as access becomes available.
- Ensure lineage from source systems to recommendations is traceable and that record-linkage confidence and errors are visible.
- Document APIs, MCP servers, interface changes, and multi-classification data handling for engineers and security reviewers.
- Track government approval dependencies, statuses, and owners for each integration.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive progress and create clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to maintain required TS/SCI access.
- Experience designing schemas in Protobuf, JSON Schema, or Avro that multiple teams use.
- Experience building REST or gRPC services; MCP server experience is preferred.
- Experience running ETL and streaming pipelines in production.
- Experience implementing record linkage or data lineage and measuring its accuracy.
- Experience handling data at multiple classification levels in DoD environments.
- Experience integrating with systems not controlled by the engineer under a government approval process.
- Experience with Maven Smart System or command and control systems is a plus.
