Responsibilities
- Architect and build highly scalable foundational platforms and lead new product initiatives.
- Implement and manage security controls for SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Mentor engineers, develop future leaders, and contribute to Lime’s engineering culture.
- Support infrastructure audits and due diligence processes.
- Advise leadership on technology adoption and process improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production incidents, coordinate escalations, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Document incidents and implement improvements that reduce recurring outages.
- Provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience and a track record of building impactful products or systems.
- Ability to write logical, maintainable code and provide clear code review feedback.
- Technical proficiency to contribute to project design and implementation.
- Strong ownership, influencing, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support production systems through shared on-call coverage, incident response, escalation coordination, and issue documentation.
