Responsibilities
- Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical concepts to develop software for target applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on hardware/software interfaces, system requirements, operational performance, and overall system design.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing of embedded real-time control software for tactical radio equipment.
- Develop software test procedures, programs, and related documentation.
- Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
- Participate in peer reviews and identify, track, and repair software defects.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing a master's degree or have completed one within the last 12 months in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, information security, or a related field.
- Experience with some or all of the listed programming languages, operating systems, embedded real-time operating systems, and processor platforms is relevant to the role.
Benefits

- 9/80 schedule totaling 80 hours over nine workdays in each 14-day period, with every other Friday off.
