Responsibilities
- Support and improve continuous integration, automated performance and stress testing, and release management tools.
- Develop scripts and automation frameworks for DevOps functions, system provisioning, and application environments.
- Manage and monitor environments across the software development life cycle and support configuration and release branches.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and operations teams to resolve application issues and meet infrastructure needs.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, conduct comparative testing and benchmarking, and recommend solutions.
- Communicate project status and decisions to management and external partners, facilitate project discussions, and create dashboards and presentations.
- Provide support to less experienced team members and make tactical project decisions with limited supervision.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps-related functions; 4 or more years is preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in MIS, computer science, or a related field, is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with software installation and support, application maintenance, ITIL processes, programming, release management, automated application testing, performance measurement and tuning, and project control and reporting.
- Understanding of TRIMEDX technology capabilities is preferred.
