Base Salary
$176k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build pipelines that ingest software projects and generate large-scale reinforcement-learning environments.
- Analyze software projects with Bugcrowd’s Mayhem platform and automatically construct training environments.
- Develop infrastructure and tooling for AI systems learning vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and remediation.
- Build high-performance, clean, and reproducible Linux-based machine-learning environments.
Requirements
- Understanding of reinforcement-learning training workflows used by modern LLM systems.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, reproducible builds, build systems, and large open-source codebases.
- Proficiency in Python and C; Rust experience is a plus.
- Understanding of software vulnerabilities, fuzzing, or program analysis.
- Experience building clean, reproducible Linux ML environments and comfort with low-level debugging.
- Background in binary exploitation, including buffer overflows, fuzzing, exploitation, and x86/64.
- Experience with benchmark environments such as CTFs, SWE-bench, or security challenges is a plus.
