Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complete features across frontend and backend application layers
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code with appropriate test coverage
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the technology stack
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Own both product manager and software engineer responsibilities
- Balance technical considerations with user needs and business goals
- Incorporate customer feedback into products and features
- Contribute to both initial MVP development and subsequent product growth and scaling
Requirements
- At least four years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- Proven track record of shipping user-focused products
- Experience building scalable systems
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office four days per week, with relocation openness
- Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred
- A combination of big tech and startup experience is preferred
- Knowledge of auto loan servicing is preferred
