Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications, AI solutions, intelligent agents, data platforms, integrations, and cloud-native systems.
- Design generative AI, agentic AI, Copilot, RAG, vector database, semantic search, knowledge grounding, and AI-powered workflow solutions.
- Create architecture blueprints, reference architectures, target-state roadmaps, implementation strategies, and technology selection recommendations.
- Lead API strategy, application modernization, integration architecture, data platform architecture, and real-time processing initiatives.
- Establish security, privacy, compliance, identity, access management, Zero Trust, AI governance, monitoring, evaluation, and auditability practices.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and executive decision-making sessions, translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead technical transformation programs, mentor architects and engineers, build reusable patterns, and drive architecture governance and quality reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise application and solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years of cloud architecture experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs and designing and implementing AI-enabled business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture and engineering teams.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise architecture, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure AI Engineer certification; Copilot Studio and agentic AI experience; and experience in regulated industries such as financial services, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, or the public sector.
