Base Salary
$141k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-based voice infrastructure for emergency 911 systems.
- Build and maintain integrations with telephony providers and PSAPs.
- Drive major features and architectural evolution of the voice platform.
- Collaborate with operations, networking, and engineering teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production voice infrastructure.
Requirements
- Deep experience with VoIP/UC systems and SIP protocol.
- Cloud platform experience, ideally with AWS.
- Familiarity with open-source VoIP tools like FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
- Comfort operating in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive under meaningful responsibility in life-critical systems.
