Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IAM applications and automation using AWS, Azure, Teleport, and Terraform.
- Drive IAM projects end to end, including requirements definition, architecture, rollout, and operationalization.
- Design scalable access models and role-assignment patterns across cloud, Kubernetes, SaaS, and internal systems.
- Build observable access operations through SIEM logging, metrics, and repeatable reporting.
- Design and improve user access review processes to meet compliance requirements while reducing approver burden.
- Identify risky permissions and misuse paths, implement mitigations, and drive secure-by-default adoption.
- Document standardized procedures, runbooks, and automation for consistent access decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products or tools.
- Experience writing production-ready scalable software, infrastructure as code, and reliable automation.
- Strong knowledge of IAM best practices, including least privilege, privilege escalation, separation of duties, breakglass, and auditability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- US citizenship is preferred.
