Responsibilities
- Verify and validate high-level software requirements.
- Perform unit-level verification of software modules.
- Conduct software-software and software-hardware integration testing in host and target environments.
- Analyze issues identified during testing campaigns or in-service usage.
- Lead and mentor team members involved in testing.
- Drive certification audits within the verification scope.
- Participate across software requirements, design, coding, verification, and configuration-management activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with requirements-based testing, unit testing, integration testing, software configuration management, and software requirements and design reviews.
- Strong experience in software verification activities for industrialized domains.
- Work experience with the DO-178 standard.
- Knowledge of requirements, design, and C-coding standards.
- Basic understanding of real-time operating systems.
- Project management and interpersonal skills.
- Embedded programming, embedded software requirements engineering, architecture, module-level design, interfaces, algorithms, SCADE, RTRT, avionics systems and networks, or model-based testing are advantageous.
