Base Salary
$108k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of customer-facing features across the front-end and back-end application stack.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate customer needs and product strategy into impactful features.
- Own features from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
- Manage feature releases, including rollout planning, feature flagging, monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
- Use product analytics, feature experiments, and customer feedback to evaluate and improve features.
- Design scalable architecture for rapidly evolving AI-enabled back-end components.
- Contribute technical insight to user interface, interaction, product, and design decisions.
- Improve application delivery through continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and operational best practices.
- Use AWS cloud infrastructure to build scalable, reliable, and efficient applications and AI-powered services.
- Maintain high standards of data security, privacy, and compliance across applications.
Requirements
- At least five years of software development experience focused on application development.
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, and Lambda, or a similar cloud services provider.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Ability to build scalable, efficient, and secure software applications.
- Experience building consumer applications or large internal applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: experience with LLM development.
- Preferred: AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
- Preferred: ability to build applications using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
- Preferred: knowledge of security best practices for SaaS solutions.
