Base Salary
$108k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of customer-facing features across the application stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate needs into features.
- Own features throughout the full product development lifecycle.
- Manage the release process for new features, including rollout planning and monitoring.
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to evaluate feature performance.
- Design scalable system architecture for AI-enabled back-end components.
- Contribute to user interface and interaction design.
- Implement continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing practices.
- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure to build scalable applications.
- Uphold high standards of data security and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on building applications.
- Extensive experience with AWS services or a similar cloud provider.
- Proficient in Python.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable and secure software applications.
- Motivated and team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience with LLM development.
- Preferred: AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
- Preferred: Ability to build applications using AWS CDK and Typescript.
- Preferred: Knowledge of security best practices for SaaS solutions.
