Base Salary
$108k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of customer-facing front-end and back-end features.
- Own features through discovery, technical design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
- Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineering teams to translate customer needs and product strategy into features.
- Manage feature releases, including rollout planning, feature flagging, monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
- Use product analytics, feature experiments, and customer feedback to guide development.
- Design scalable architecture for AI-enabled back-end components.
- Contribute technical insight to user interface and interaction design decisions.
- Improve application delivery through continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and operational practices.
- Use AWS infrastructure to build scalable applications and AI-powered services.
- Maintain data security, privacy, and compliance standards across applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience focused on building applications.
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, and Lambda, or a similar cloud services provider.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, efficient, and secure software applications.
- Experience building consumer applications or large internal applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: experience with LLM development.
- Preferred: AWS Certification such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
- Preferred: ability to build applications using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
- Preferred: knowledge of security best practices for SaaS solutions.
