Responsibilities
- Install, configure, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain banking applications across multiple platforms.
- Implement, support, and optimize banking technology solutions in collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support proofs of concept, user acceptance testing, and EMV ADVT/MTIP certifications.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and manage projects for successful business solution implementation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for escalated issues and deliver permanent resolutions.
- Research and contribute to technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Maintain and administer deployment and support tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with vendor support teams on software updates, patches, and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers during project execution and troubleshooting.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures based on adopted ISO standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.
- 3–4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
- Strong understanding of banking applications, ATMs, and self-service terminals.
- Experience with software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with EMV, MTIP, ADVT, and banking technology regulatory standards and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style.
