Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components and integrated applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and align software development with organizational goals.
- Apply data governance and master data management principles in software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integrated systems.
- Familiarity with data governance and master data management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
