Responsibilities
- Integrate AI and ML models into products and services.
- Process and clean data and support the quality and retraining of underlying ML models.
- Develop complex solution packages and associated release and adoption strategies for internal teams.
- Understand product feedback, issues, and user expectations.
- Build broader ownership of ML service delivery.
- Participate in design discussions for product features, improvements, and new product implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects with successful project delivery.
- Proven experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and data-wrangling libraries such as Pandas.
- Understanding of standard machine learning algorithms.
- Understanding of software design principles.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures and the ability to apply them to complex problems.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
