Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy software automation applications for semiconductor test infrastructure.
  • Develop application software and development tools for test factories and engineering groups.
  • Utilize and develop AI/ML tools and models.
  • Write object-oriented software and create unit and system test cases.
  • Define software requirements and develop new capabilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver robust, cost-effective software solutions and support product quality.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to identify and resolve potential barriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Preferred experience with Jenkins or similar build and release automation servers.
  • Preferred C++ or Java programming skills.
  • Preferred experience with LLM/ML models and tools.
  • Preferred knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, semiconductor test flows, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, version control systems such as Git, and the software development lifecycle is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, time management, relationship-building, and initiative skills are preferred.
