Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and related technologies.
Build and support REST APIs and microservices.
Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design and basic performance optimization.
Integrate backend services with AWS or GCP.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established standards.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support build and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
Improve code quality, performance, and system reliability.
Adhere to established internal controls.

3–4 years of backend development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and building APIs or microservices.
Experience with PostgreSQL, efficient queries, and indexing.
Experience with AWS or GCP.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience with Git or comparable version control systems.
Experience with Groovy scripting.
Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to Docker or similar containerization technologies.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
