The role combines hands-on platform configuration, troubleshooting, customer workshops, implementation support, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and automation of AWS cloud-native platforms. The role owns observability, incident response, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, cost optimization, and high-availability operations.

Principal Engineer responsible for organization-wide architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems across multiple teams and products. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical strategy, platform governance, and AI-assisted development enablement.
