Responsibilities
- Educate and upskill developers through technical demos, hands-on workshops, prototypes, code samples, and presentations.
- Champion Development Platform products and help developers adopt modern engineering practices and tools.
- Create clear technical documentation and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to validate ideas through proofs of concept and improve developer enablement.
- Support engineering excellence through technology standards, peer reviews, testing practices, risk management, and process improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in modern development practices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Ability to build technical demos, hands-on workshops, prototypes, and code samples.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for audiences of varying sizes.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to learn quickly, validate ideas through proofs of concept, and collaborate effectively.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience with agentic applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development environments and agentic IDEs.
- Developer education, developer enablement, technical advocacy, technical workshops, hackathons, meetups, open-source software, documentation-as-code, and community-driven development experience are valued.
