Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop the backend for new product features, including new data models and APIs.
- Re-architect databases and data infrastructure for scalability, security, and reliability.
- Implement integrations with customer databases and partner cloud data warehouses.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices on core backend infrastructure.
- Develop reliable services and client libraries for large amounts of cloud data.
- Innovate and implement robust data models for regulated areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new product features.
- Cultivate a strong engineering and product culture.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in backend and cloud platform software development.
- Experience in ingesting and processing large amounts of cloud-native data.
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable, data-centric enterprise software.
- Fluency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, Rust, or Go.
- Fluency with modern, cloud-native tech stacks and frameworks.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud deployment frameworks like Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Strong communication skills in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
- An adaptable team player eager to disrupt healthcare with AI/ML.
