Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality reconciliation software using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, tools, and reconciliation platforms.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized solutions for finance reconciliation processes.
- Write SQL Server queries and stored procedures and improve database performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and integrate solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technology communities.
- Apply secure coding practices and effective unit-testing practices to protect data and improve software reliability.
- Analyze complex information, manage risks and controls, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency developing reconciliations on platforms such as Intellimatch, DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream, CTC, or TLM.
- Good understanding of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Finance-industry reconciliation experience is required.
- Perl or shell scripting knowledge is desirable.
- Hands-on exposure to Intellimatch is desirable.
