Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and pipeline generation.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to review complex architectures and provide guidance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
