Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional squad delivering digital servicing and entity onboarding capabilities.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
- Translate business outcomes into technical solutions with product owners, designers, architects, engineers, and platform teams.
- Own solution quality through clean code, automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and operational readiness.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps controls, and safe release practices.
- Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement across the squad.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack delivery and technical leadership.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, code-quality controls, and safe release practices.
- Experience with AWS cloud-native development, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and coaching capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Kafka/event-driven architecture, digital onboarding, AI/GenAI exposure, and relevant cloud, engineering, or agile certifications are desirable.
