Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end.
- Work with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs.
- Design and implement solutions that improve customers’ banking experiences.
- Own problems end-to-end across user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
- Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.
Requirements
- Require 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying applications with a backend focus.
- Experience building and designing scalable backend systems.
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with backend programming languages including Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Familiarity with software engineering development cycles.
- Ability to maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
