Base Salary
$165k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions and AI-powered tools.
- Own automation and AI products from requirements gathering and solution design through production support and optimization.
- Translate business challenges and requirements into scalable technical solutions using agent-based architectures and cloud AI platforms.
- Build reliable, production-ready solutions using Python, DevOps, MLOps, and deployment automation practices.
- Partner with cross-functional collaborators and business stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive adoption.
- Track project progress, solution performance, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Lead multiple initiatives from concept through production release and ongoing support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with software engineering, AI, automation, and machine learning solutions.
- Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols, and agent orchestration concepts.
- Experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI and/or AWS Bedrock, MLOps or AIOps practices, and cloud-native application development.
- Proficiency in Python software development, GitHub workflows, API integration, and connected system architectures.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and work with multifunctional collaborators.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives and drive projects from concept through production and ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance are required.
