Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, and solutions.
- Configure and customize SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage permissions, security, governance, and site architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Support migrations and modernization from legacy SharePoint environments.
- Establish development standards and documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Represent the company to customers and customers to the company in sales-oriented activities.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS is required.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, site architecture, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and security management.
- Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, JSON, XML, CAML, C#, CSOM, Visual Studio, and PowerShell with PnP.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, document management, managed metadata, and taxonomy.
- Experience with SharePoint Online architecture and governance, migration or modernization, and Microsoft 365 development.
- Advanced study such as a master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification is preferred.
