Responsibilities
- Design and develop Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions for pricing, rate management, transaction grids, contracts, orchestration, and invoice runs.
- Build and maintain scalable Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processes.
- Write bulkified, idempotent, governor-safe Apex, LWC, and SOQL with unit and integration tests and CI checks.
- Lead solution options and trade-offs and document end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and technical specifications.
- Conduct code and design reviews, troubleshoot pricing, orchestration, and invoicing issues, and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Operate and monitor deployed solutions through alerting and runbooks while maintaining security, governance, auditability, and Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience with deep production experience in Revenue Cloud Advanced/RLM.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce automation, Flows, Platform Events, Batch, and Queueable skills.
- Ability to design scalable Salesforce architecture and support Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash lifecycles.
- Knowledge of data modeling, security, governance, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Required Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications, plus Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Administrator or Revenue Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred certifications include Revenue Cloud Consultant, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, and/or System Architect.
- Preferred experience includes RLM/RCA flows, telecom/CPaaS, fintech or SaaS, usage and overage pricing, large matrixed enterprises, Agile project delivery, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
