Base Salary

$108k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop web services, full-stack web applications, and persistence-layer implementations.
  • Apply secure software development, clean coding, fault-tolerant design, and SOLID principles.
  • Use continuous integration, automated testing, and Test Driven Development practices.
  • Help establish team testing standards and promote engineering rigor within the Agile framework.
  • Collaborate with software, systems, information assurance, test, quality assurance, and other project team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web development frameworks, and web-based environments.
  • Experience with Scrum or other Agile environments.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and concepts such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, and BDD.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development.
  • Strong teamwork, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • DoD 8570-approved security certification, such as Security+, required within 90 days after hire.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with web services, AWS, Git, GitHub, CI and DevOps tools, security scanning, build scripts, mobile development, Agile management tools, web server configuration, and database development.
