Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and administer Salesforce, including Workflow, Triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Apex, and batch processing.
- Develop and integrate Lightning Web Components.
- Translate functional needs from business stakeholders into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Provide operational support for a reliable, continuously available Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with distributed business and technology teams while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full software development and operational support lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Apex, and batch processing.
- Experience developing and integrating Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and sound technical decision-making.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Communities and managed packages such as nCino, TaskRay, or Conga.
- Preferred experience integrating SOAP or RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
