Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and support scalable enterprise applications for the Transaction Posting System.
  • Contribute to platform modernization, cloud adoption, resiliency, performance optimization, and operational stability initiatives.
  • Develop cloud-native, distributed, containerized, and event-driven solutions using APIs, microservices, and messaging technologies.
  • Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Support high-volume transaction processing and applications requiring exceptional stability and scalability.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience using .NET and C# for enterprise applications.
  • Experience developing scalable solutions with APIs, distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
  • At least 1 year of experience with containerized platforms such as Kubernetes, Tanzu, or PCF.
  • At least 1 year of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Experience with testing, software delivery, collaboration, messaging, and event-driven technologies including GitHub, Jira, Rally, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, or MQ.
  • Preferred experience includes financial services or other mission-critical platforms, cloud migration, cloud-native development, platform engineering, GitHub Copilot, generative AI, automation, secure software development, and application security.
  • Experience with Java and Agile Scrum environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous-learning abilities are expected.
