Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications, services, APIs, and frameworks.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing effectiveness, and technical documentation.
- Improve application quality, performance, security, and maintainability through established engineering practices.
- Develop and maintain tools, automation, and processes that support software delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
- Estimate work accurately, deliver quality solutions on schedule, and contribute ideas to improve engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including modern application development and enterprise software solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such as Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and business domains quickly.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools, emerging software development technologies, automation initiatives, and developer productivity improvements is preferred.
