Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, enhance, and support Broadcom Clarity PPM solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, processes, integrations, and automations.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, data extracts, reports, portlets, and data warehouse solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, XOG, GEL scripts, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support application performance, security, data integrity, and enterprise standards alignment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
- Experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM administration and development.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with GEL scripting, XOG, REST APIs, and process automation.
- Knowledge of reporting and Clarity Data Warehouse.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SaaS-based Broadcom Clarity environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management, resource management, and financial management processes is preferred.
