Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage technical teams and business stakeholders to propose approaches for current and future needs.
- Define the technical target state of products and drive achievement of the architecture strategy.
- Evaluate new technologies and architectural designs with vendors, startups, and internal teams.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, review, and debug secure, high-quality production software.
- Automate recurring issue remediation to improve operational stability.
- Establish reusable AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC and toolchain practices with traceability, resiliency, and security controls.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Proficiency across SDLC execution, automation and continuous delivery practices, application resiliency, and security.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile technology.
- Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in software engineering and architecture workflows with strong validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
