Base Salary
$157k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide in-region frontline technical support across the authentication and authorization portfolio.
- Partner with engineering customers to design and validate federation, onboarding, credential-handling, and other integrations.
- Own complex incidents across multiple systems through diagnosis, escalation, resolution, and release support.
- Read and write code for reproductions, diagnostic tooling, and customer integration reviews.
- Create and review runbooks, root-cause analyses, and technical documentation.
- Provide regional escalation coverage, mentor engineers, and improve diagnostic and support practices.
- Develop software solutions and automate recurring remediation to improve system stability.
- Lead adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering tools while establishing standards for secure coding, peer review, testing, and output validation.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Customer-facing solution design experience helping engineering customers design fixes and integrations.
- Ability to read and write code or scripts for issue reproduction and integration review, with advanced knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Experience integrating across multiple systems, protocols, and languages and reasoning across complete client-to-resource flows.
- Strong root-cause diagnostic, incident response, release support, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating their correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Preferred experience with authentication and federation protocols, IAM, directory services, enterprise access platforms, federated identity, observability tooling, PKI, x509, mTLS, and signing-key diagnostics.
