Base Salary
$177k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the technology vision, enterprise architecture, and strategic direction for Trade Finance platforms.
- Serve as the single point of contact for architecture decisions across business, product, operations, and technology teams.
- Design solutions for high-volume Trade Finance processing and improve straight-through processing through cloud, PaaS, and AI-native technologies.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and influence product roadmaps to meet Trade Finance requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape future-state technology strategies.
- Strengthen authentication, authorization, and digital-asset security controls, including controls for cryptocurrency and stablecoin processing.
- Identify and manage architecture-related risks affecting Citi’s systems, clients, and reputation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and solution design within banking and financial services.
- Established experience with Trade Finance technology and operations.
- Experience managing client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology functions.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with PaaS and cloud-based technology stacks is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI-native architecture and emerging technology adoption is beneficial.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle practices and knowledge of cryptocurrency and stablecoin technologies are beneficial.
- Experience in high-volume, straight-through processing environments is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, initiative, and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
