Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for rapid departmental growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives that may support a future institutional-backed spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in AI/ML or a related cutting-edge technology domain.
- High-agency builder mindset with the ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation and remote arrangements.
