Responsibilities
- Design flexible integration layers for AI agents in client environments.
- Adapt agents to navigate legacy systems and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to translate SOPs into agent logic.
- Ship fixes and build diagnostic tools in live environments.
- Lead the full lifecycle of deployments from initial call to production rollout.
Requirements
- Proven ability to solve problems end-to-end in a technical environment.
- High standards for quality and reliability in software development.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and unique client environments.
- Strong communication skills to bridge client needs and technical requirements.
