Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect agent behaviors and build backend systems and product features
- Deploy browser-based AI agents across legacy systems, government portals, third-party platforms, APIs, and internal systems
- Design flexible integration layers and adapt workflows to client-specific environments
- Ship fixes in live environments and build diagnostic tools for deployment issues
- Translate compliance SOPs and analyst judgment into structured agent logic
- Develop systems for distributed inference, caching, queue orchestration, and self-healing data pipelines on AWS
- Work directly with clients from initial discussions through production rollout
- Feed deployment learnings back into the product to improve future deployments
Requirements
- Ability to solve problems end-to-end across agent behavior, backend systems, ML pipelines, and product features
- High standards for quality, uptime, reliability, and failure handling in financial systems
- Comfort working in ambiguous, client-specific environments
- Clear communication skills for translating client needs into technical requirements and explaining technical issues
- Ability to work directly with customers and compliance professionals
- Willingness to complete a technical screening or take-home, deep-dive technical interview, and short paid in-person trial
