Base Salary
$194k - $327k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences serving millions of customers.
- Design and develop agent interaction modes such as Voice AI and Deep Research.
- Build evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails for AI agents.
- Lead complex, multi-team initiatives connecting applied research with scalable engineering.
- Translate research findings and AI system architectures into actionable guidance for executives and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with emphasis on products using frontier multimodal LLMs.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying large-scale machine learning models, including 2–3 recent years building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar systems.
- Experience developing long-conversation dialogue systems with context-aware tool selection and compliant response generation.
- Experience building highly available, low-latency, fault-tolerant AI services handling hundreds of millions of daily interactions.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, and AutoGen, as well as production ML infrastructure.
- Strong communication and technical-influence skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience writing articles, patents, or high-impact research publications is preferred.
