Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor AI/ML developers while shaping Agentic AI solutions in ServiceNow.
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.
- Build scalable AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Fine-tune Hugging Face transformer models such as BERT and GPT for classification, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- Build chatbots and AI automations using Microsoft Teams, Azure AI, and ServiceNow.
- Develop big data processing and analytics solutions with Apache Spark and Snowflake.
- Design ETL pipelines for data quality, transformation, and validation.
- Optimize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
- Create data visualizations and communicate insights using Tableau and Power BI.
- Train and deploy large language models and engineer autonomous AI agents for conversational AI, generation, summarization, learning, and decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience applying AI and automation within ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Experience in a senior or lead role mentoring developers and guiding complex projects.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming, and functional design principles.
- Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with Apache Spark, Snowflake, Hugging Face, cloud AI services, databases, data warehousing, and optimization.
- Skill with Tableau and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership skills.
