Staff Software Engineer, GTM & AI Strategy

Responsibilities
- Build and prototype internal products using LLMs and agentic AI for account research, lead prioritization, and quoting automation.
- Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
- Develop integrations among the custom quoting engine, Salesforce, and internal data lakes.
- Implement scalable event-driven architectures and solve synchronization and data-flow challenges across GTM systems.
- Deliver production-ready capabilities and build observability and performance monitoring into shipped services.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with backend languages including Java, Go, or Python and complex distributed systems.
- Hands-on production experience building LLM agents.
- Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems with high integrity.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
