Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to assess their business needs and tailor implementation plans.
- Configure Keeper software to meet customer requirements and optimize performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for effective software usage.
- Create documentation and knowledge resources to support customers.
- Provide level 2 technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations and communications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Oversee multiple implementation projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical support.
- Hands-on experience as a Systems or Network Administrator.
- Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security software.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience with Google Docs and MS Office.
- Proficient in Mac OSX, Windows, and Linux administration.
- Strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, AD environments, and DNS Servers.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management and integration with IdPs.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
