Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with North Central US channel partners at technical and executive levels.
- Educate partners on Secure Service Edge transformation and Netskope’s cloud security platform.
- Train partners using Netskope Academy, online curriculum, self-developed content, and technical expertise.
- Enable partners to independently pitch, demonstrate, and run proofs of concept for Netskope solutions.
- Track Netskope partner certifications and accreditations and contribute to the Netskope Prime program.
- Develop partner practices that support customer acquisition, onboarding, and support.
- Advocate for partners internally and coordinate with sales, engineering, product management, and customer support.
- Promote and manage channel programs, track key metrics, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Proven experience using technical solutions to help drive revenue.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM/MAM, Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies including Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory Services including ADFS; working knowledge of Azure AD is desired.
- Knowledge of application programming technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology trends and behaviors simply.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
