Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand application, agent, data, and AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead architecture engagements, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, application platforms, integration services, and data services.
- Drive follow-on actions, incremental pipeline, Azure adoption outcomes, and customer time-to-value through repeatable delivery programs and assets.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for key AI Apps, agent, and application innovation engagements.
- Represent customer feedback to engineering teams regarding adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, platform readiness, and preview limitations.
- Deliver customer and partner workshops, readiness activities, and technical guidance on AI applications, agents, GitHub, application modernization, resiliency, and production readiness.
- Maintain technical expertise and contribute to internal and external technical communities, reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in AI, GitHub, agentic DevOps, AI agent development, cloud, developer platforms, application platforms, or agents.
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- 5+ years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in AI, cloud, developer technologies, or agents is required, with examples including Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, agents, or security certifications.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure or networking, databases, security, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting is preferred.
- Business fluency in Japanese is required.
