Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand application, agent, data, and AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, application platforms, integration services, and data services.
- Drive next actions and incremental pipeline aligned with Factory, Unified ES, Azure Accelerate, Accelerate Developer Usage, Grow Data Marketshare and Agentic Modernization, and Win Agent Platform initiatives.
- Oversee delivery and escalations for Factory engagements involving AI applications, agents, and application innovation projects.
- Share customer adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, platform feedback, and preview limitations with engineering teams.
- Deliver technical workshops, readiness activities, and guidance to customers and partners on AI applications, agents, GitHub, application modernization, resiliency, and production readiness.
- Maintain expertise across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Platform, application platforms, containers, serverless, integration services, DevOps, and related data and customer health workloads.
- Contribute to technical communities, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI agent development, cloud, developer technologies, application platforms, or agents.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing work and at least 5 years working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in AI, cloud, developer, or agent technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, agents, or security certifications.
- Business-level Japanese fluency is required for customer discussions, requirements gathering, technical explanations, proposals, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure or networking, databases, security, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting is preferred.
