Responsibilities

- Contribute to the identity and security roadmap alongside PM and EM.
- Write design documents for significant changes to auth systems.
- Set consistent patterns for identity handling across the organization.
- Mentor team members and provide thoughtful code review feedback.
- Lead observability and on-call practices for security-critical systems.
Requirements
- Experience in translating complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Proven ability to architect scalable and evolvable identity systems.
- Strong understanding of operational security and threat modeling.
- Experience in designing developer-friendly platforms and APIs.
- Expertise in backend solutions involving API design and complex data models.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented workflows and agentic coding.
