Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of features from conception to deployment.

- Define and uphold engineering excellence and technical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable systems.
- Expertise in frontend and backend development, including performance optimization.
- Experience with operational maturity practices and incident response.
- Knowledge of security and risk management in production environments.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented development workflows.
