Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of the marketing site from Webflow to a self-hosted frontend using Next.js/Vercel and Payload CMS.
- Architect dynamic landing page templates for VIP accounts that pull tailored assets without layout shifts.
- Implement in-platform tracking to diagnose data gaps and provide visibility for sales teams.
- Pipe event data and user traits into Salesforce CRM, optimizing API payloads for data hygiene.
- Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
- Design, launch, and analyze server-side A/B tests targeting key conversion loops.
Requirements
- Proven experience building projects independently from scratch.
- Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with headless content management systems like Payload CMS or Strapi.
- Familiarity with hosting applications on Vercel and using Edge Middleware.
- Advanced knowledge of event tracking architectures with tools like PostHog or Segment.
- Experience managing data flows into enterprise CRMs, particularly Salesforce.
