Responsibilities
- Own integration architecture from design to deployment and reliability.
- Build fault-tolerant pipelines for user provisioning and identity management.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to enhance integration processes.
- Mentor colleagues in integration engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the integration and provisioning roadmap alongside product and engineering management.
Requirements
- Experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable sync systems.
- Proficiency in API design and understanding of integration as a product.
- Expertise in backend engineering, including job processing and data normalization.
- Ability to lead observability practices and manage incident responses.
