Responsibilities
- Design scalable and resilient systems using hexagonal, serverless, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system designs meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in system architecture or senior technical design roles.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience implementing hexagonal, serverless, and microservices architectures.
- Strong expertise in event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, and high-throughput distributed systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with data engineering, distributed data stores, REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
- Preferred: understanding of DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles.
- Preferred: comfort working across multiple programming languages and development paradigms.
