Responsibilities

Embed directly with strategic customer teams in the Nagoya/Chubu region to understand operational challenges and identify high-value use cases.
Own the Agentic Transformation process from use-case discovery through production deployment.
Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-native solutions integrated into enterprise workflows.
Develop Agentic AI architectures, LLM-based workflows, RAG solutions, and complex enterprise system integrations.
Prepare, structure, and optimize unstructured and semi-structured enterprise data for AI/ML ingestion.
Define delivery timelines and metrics that demonstrate tangible business value.
Lead transformational technical discussions with executives, IT leaders, and operational stakeholders.
Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support broader enterprise adoption.
Translate customer and Japanese-market requirements into actionable feedback for global Product and Engineering teams.

Proven experience in Forward-Deployed Engineering, Senior Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting in complex enterprise environments.
Deep hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying custom AI solutions into production.
Strong proficiency with Agentic AI architectures, LLM-based workflows, RAG, and enterprise system integrations.
Experience with complex enterprise data architectures, including unstructured and semi-structured data prepared for AI/ML ingestion.
Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security frameworks, data privacy, guardrails, and Japanese compliance requirements.
Strong consultative engineering, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities in ambiguous environments.
Willingness to work consistently on-site with strategic enterprise customers as required.
Native or bilingual Japanese fluency, including written and verbal communication and appropriate business etiquette.
Business-level written and verbal English proficiency.
Ability to build trust with corporate stakeholders and communicate technical complexity clearly.
