Base Salary
$89k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business, regulatory, and operational requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
- Configure, develop, implement, test, and support LexisNexis sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening products.
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of AI models using current AI capabilities.
- Perform system configuration, data mapping, workflow design, rules tuning, and alert management.
- Design and develop integrations, APIs, data feeds, and automated processes between compliance platforms and enterprise applications.
- Conduct technical analysis, root cause investigations, defect resolution, and production support.
- Support system testing, including SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production deployments.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, security standards, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies.
- Produce technical documentation, design artifacts, implementation plans, and operational support procedures.
- Provide US/EMEA overnight support for critical processes and address tickets escalated by L1/L2 teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, engineering, data analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in application development, systems implementation, technical configuration, and support within financial services, compliance technology, AML, or financial crime environments.
- 7–10 years of experience analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting compliance and screening solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LexisNexis sanctions screening, PEP screening, adverse media, and related compliance technology platforms.
- Technical expertise in SQL, data analysis, data mapping, ETL processes, API integrations, AI development, Python, system troubleshooting, and application support.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions and system integrations.
- Understanding of sanctions compliance, watchlist screening, customer and entity screening, adverse media monitoring, and false-positive reduction methodologies.
- Experience with Agile and SDLC delivery frameworks, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Preferred experience with LexisNexis Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Bridger, World-Check, or related financial crime compliance platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of OFAC, sanctions regulations, AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Preferred experience with cloud-based architectures, data analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
