Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing space imaging operations and geometric calibration activities.
- Design and implement automated scalable processes for satellite calibration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance models and error budgets.
- Troubleshoot geometric image quality issues and develop long-term solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with statistical processing and analysis of large measurement datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photogrammetry, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of the end-to-end image processing chain.
- Extensive experience in scientific computing using Python in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Knowledge of scaling code with cloud computing resources like AWS or GCP.
